Once negotiations have been completed and all request items have been received, it's best to lock the Target Portal to prevent the vendor from accessing information.  To do this:

1. Open a Target.
   
   
2. Navigate to the Due Diligence link.
   
   
3. Below the Tab Bar, click on the Lock Portal button.
   
   
   
4. Select Yes.
   
   
5. Should the vendor click on an old Target Portal link from their email, they will receive the below notification.
