If a user can see documents, but NOT folders within a Target or Integration, the most common reason is that the permissions for folders are not selected within the role that they are assigned.
To resolve this, please follow the below steps:
- From the Menu Bar, select Admin/Role Administration.
- Click on the Edit icon, to the left of the role name.
- Scroll down to Folder and select the appropriate permission checkboxes.
- Save your changes.
- Once the user refreshes their browser page or logs back into the platform, they will see the folders.
