If you only have many updates to make within your Integration's Activity Map, use the exporting feature.  Use Edit All to make a few edits.

TIP:  To speed up the exporting process, filter on the criteria that you need vs. exporting all of the data.  How Do I Filter Within An Integration?

  1. Go to the Menu Bar.

  2. Select Integrations/Active Integrations.

  3. Select your Integration.

  4. From the Activity Map tab, click on the Export button.  The exporting process begins and will download all of the data within the Activity Map to an Excel spreadsheet.

  5. Open the downloaded Excel file.

  6. If necessary, select Enable Editing at the top of the spreadsheet.

  7. When editing your spreadsheet, please follow these guidelines:

    • Leave rows 4 - 6 alone.  Editing these rows will disrupt the import process.
    • Do not delete the ID's or WBS Numbers as these are system generated once imported.
    • Do not delete rows of data.  Deleting data can only be done with the system vs. within the Excel spreadsheet.
    • Do not edit or remove the column headers.
    • For the Entity Name column use the drop-down menu values vs. manually typing in “Task.”  Manually typing in tasks, etc. WILL NOT import properly.
    • Column B: Entity Name – use the drop-down menu to select your values.
    • Column E: Name – replace the existing text with your company language.
    • Column I: Planned Start Date – use the following format: 11/01/2018.
    • Column J: Planned End Date – use the following format: 11/01/2018

  8. Insert Rows - Insert the number of rows needed for the data that you will be entering within the spreadsheet. Red filled cells will appear indicating that these are required
    fields that you must complete.

  9. Delete - If you delete data from your spreadsheet, it WILL NOT be deleted once you import the Excel data back into your Integration.  A suggested work around is to highlight the row in yellow that you want to export.  Once the data is imported into your Integration/Activity Map, you can manuallyh delete the itme from the system.

  10. When you are done, Save your spreasheet.
