Viewing files and folders follows the standard Windows Explorer hierarchy of listing the folders first, followed by files.
To View the Files Hierarchy within Documents:
- From the Main Menu, navigate to Targets.
- Select the Target under the Target Name column. This opens the Summary/Target Detail page.
- Select the Documents tab.
- Select the Files View icon.
- The list of files is displayed. Take note of the Associated Item column which identifies the location of the file.
- To return to the Folders view, click on the Folder View icon.
To View the Folder Hierarchy within Documents:
- From the Main Menu, navigate to Targets.
- Select the Target under the Target Name column. This opens the Summary/Target Detail page.
- Select the Documents tab.
- Currently, the folders view is set as a default to display all the folders and any documents that have been uploaded, outside the folders.
